Shipping & Returns

Shipping policy

We will process and ship most orders within 1 business day. We make every effort to ship on Saturday’s, but it is not guaranteed. We observe USPS recognized holidays’.

Orders ship from Texas United States.

You will receive a confirmation email upon successful placement of your order. You will receive additional email notifications with tracking information at the time of shipment and at successful delivery. If you have not received these emails, please check your spam.

Domestic Orders 

Domestic shipping rates and delivery times (including shipping and handling times) are as follows:

  • $7.00 flat rate economy shipping via USPS First Class Mail (5-8  business days)
  • $15.00 standard shipping via UPS Priority Mail (2-4 business days)
  • Free economy shipping is available with an order value of $50 or more (standard shipping can be requested with $15.00 shipping fee)

**NOTE: Due to the nature of our business, we cannot offer overnight shipping at this time.

International Orders

International shipping rates start at $39 and are based on total order value.

Best Natural Pets will accept international orders subject to our Terms of Use and the following:  

  • We will accept international credit cards charged in USD;
  • Customer is solely responsible for determining that the ordered products may be shipped to and is legal in the destination country and that all regulatory requirements are complied with;
  • Customer is responsible for all import/export duties and other costs;
  • Customer will remain responsible for product and shipping charges notwithstanding the destination country delaying, detaining or confiscating the shipment

We typically will ship via USPS International Mail. Packages over 1 lb will ship via USPS Priority International Mail or UPS Worldwide Saver where available. 

Stated delivery time by the USPS for International shipping is 7 – 21 days; however, that does not include any time spent in customs either in the USA or in destination country.

Indemnification and Waiver

Per our Terms of Use, unless we have agreed to pay for shipping as part of a promotion, all shipping is charged to you and will be included on the order invoice or by separate invoice if shipping charges are not ascertainable in advance. In all cases, Yunnan Baiyao for Dogs’ responsibility for the risk of loss ceases upon delivery to the shipper, and thereafter, you will bear the risk of loss.

You must make all claims arising from shipping directly to the shipper. In no event will Yunnan Baiyao for Dogs have liability to the Customer with respect to Yunnan Baiyao for Dogs’ handling of the claim nor is Yunnan Baiyao for Dogs responsible for the shipper’s claim adjudication.

Returns policy

We have a 90-day return policy, which means you have 90 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, unused, in its original packaging and saleable. 

To start a return, contact us at [email protected]. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

You are responsible for return shipping costs. If you are returning an item due to a fault of our own (i.e. wrong item originally sent), we will send you a pre-paid postage label when responding to your return email request.

We will only issue a refund upon receipt of your unopened and undamaged product. Take care when packaging your product for return. Although rare, packages do get lost in transit; if this is of concern, return product with a signature required option.

We process refunds every 7-10 business days, depending on volume. You can always contact us for any return question at [email protected].

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to make a separate purchase for the new item and then return the item you have. We will not send out exchanges until the the return has been accepted and processed.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. We process refunds every 7-10 business days, depending on volume. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
